“My dad is 81 years old and spends most of his time watching TV. Because of his age and inactivity, he has lost muscle mass. This impacted on his walking in that he shuffled and was very slow. After just a couple of half hour sessions with Adam, I noticed that his walking has improved with less shuffling and faster pace. After 6 sessions, his arms which were very flaccid had more tone and even his posture was better. Also, it was very convenient to have Zoom sessions so that my dad can do his exercise in the comfort and safety of his own home. I really recommend these sessions for any seniors who are not mobile enough to travel out for needed exercises.”

“I am in my 70s. I have been having sessions with Adam since December 2018. I wanted to have a body trainer because I realized that my body is getting old and while I am still capable, I like to keep myself mobile, flexible and in balance. I found that if I am left to exercise myself, “the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak”. There is always an excuse for not exercising. But when I commit myself to a trainer, the discipline is there. There is no excuse.

We always hear that Seniors fall easily. When we are trained to be in balance, the chance of falling is minimized. Before Covid 19, Adam came to my house to give me the training. We also have sessions at the Community Center using their various machines. Since Covid, I have my session via facetime. Adam works well with seniors. If you are retired and wishes to strengthen your legs and improve your posture, give Adam a try.”
